So, while visiting the chiropractor a while back for some neck and back issues, he looked at my huge purse and asked if I carried that around all the time. I looked at him with a look of, "well, duh, I need EVERYTHING with me at all times, in case there is some emergency!" I carried so much in that purse that my family would laugh at my "what ifs" for everything that got pulled out. It was very similar to Mary Poppins carpet bag.
I decided that maybe for the sake of my neck and back and really for the sake of simplicity that I could look for something smaller that would suit my needs. I had to really change my way of thinking, but I found something fabulous. And honestly, it stores just the right amount of stuff. I have never found myself needing for anything when I am out and about running errands or shopping.

This is the
Lug Carousel Mini Cross-Body Bag. Lug has all sorts of different style bags and all of them are so cute! They also had many colors of this bag. I, of course, chose the rose pink. It is a beautiful fuschia. The best color in the world. The strap can be shortened to be used as a regular purse. I keep it long and across the body just because that is more comfortable for me. The strap can also be removed, so if ever I need to carry a larger bag, I can take off the strap and use this as a larger wallet. MUCH larger wallet. But, I like that option. It can go straight into a carry on or beach bag!

It is a fabric purse and washes up like a dream! With all the little compartments, it really works well for me! Maybe I will do a blog post sometime about all the goodies I keep stored in my purse. I lobe a lot of things in there!
The best part about all of this was that I used an Amazon gift card to purchase it, so I didn't mind spending the money. :)
**Update: I still love this purse soooo much! I've noticed the price has dropped dramatically. I wonder if I need another one in a different color.
